These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, booking platforms, and the physical transportation services provided by our fleet and chauffeurs. By accessing our services or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or book our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
All quotes provided via our website, email, or phone are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is only considered legally binding once you have received a formal "Booking Confirmation" email containing your reservation number.
Each vehicle has a strict maximum passenger and luggage capacity, as outlined during the booking process. The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the legal and safe limits of the requested vehicle class. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
For airport pickups, we include a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes after the flight has landed. For standard point-to-point transfers and hotel pickups, a 15-minute complimentary waiting time is included. Additional waiting time will be billed at our standard hourly rate for the respective vehicle class.
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our chauffeurs, who have reserved their time specifically for your service.
In the event that the Company must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, mechanical failure), a full refund will be provided, and we will make every effort to arrange alternative transportation.
The safety of our passengers and chauffeurs is our highest priority. The following strict regulations apply inside all our vehicles:
While we strive to ensure that all vehicles arrive on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe traffic congestion, road closures, extreme weather conditions, or traffic accidents.
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will immediately dispatch a replacement vehicle of equal or higher class. The Company's total liability under any circumstances is strictly limited to the total cost of the booked journey.
We do not accept liability for missed flights, trains, or meetings resulting from unavoidable delays. We highly recommend clients allow adequate travel time and carry comprehensive travel insurance.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. Any personal data collected during the booking process (including names, contact details, and payment information) will be used solely for the purpose of executing your transportation service and internal record keeping.
We will never sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so. Our payment gateways use industry-standard encryption to ensure your financial data remains completely secure.
