Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 1. Cancellations must be informed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the time of booking by telephone or email.
  • 2. The provider must be informed about any cancellations 24 hours+ prior to the time of booking and £10.00 cancellation charge incurred.
  • 3. Cancellations informed 3 to 24 hours prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: 25% of quoted price for provision of service.
  • 4. Cancellations not informed up to 3 hours prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: 100% of quoted price for provision of service.
  • 5. All refunds will be decided by the manager, and payment will be refunded to the customers debit / credit cards.
